"There is to us only one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in Him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, through whom are all things, and we by Him." -- 1 Corinthians 8:6.

Beyond the veil in Jesus

Isaiah 53:6
All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned, each one to his own way; and the LORD has laid on Him the iniquity of us all.

2 Corinthians 5:21
For He has made Him who knew no sin, to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

Hebrews 13
12 Therefore Jesus also, so that He might sanctify the people with His own blood, suffered outside the gate.

Hebrews 9 - concerning the Old Testament (Old Covenant) temple

6 Now when these things were ordained in this way, the priests always went into the first tabernacle, accomplishing the service of God.
7 But once in the year into the second the high priest goes alone, not without blood, which he offered for himself and for the errors of the people)
8 the Holy Spirit signifying by this that the way into the Holiest of all was not yet made manifest while the first tabernacle was still standing.
9 For it was a figure for the time then present, in which were offered both gifts and sacrifices that could not make him who did the service perfect as regards the conscience,
10  which stood only in meats and drinks, and different kinds of washings and fleshly ordinances, imposed on them until the time of reformation.

11 But when Christ had become a high priest of good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this building
12 nor by the blood of goats and calves, but by His own blood He entered once for all into the Holy of Holies, having obtained eternal redemption for us.

13 For if the blood of bulls and of goats and the ashes of a heifer sprinkling the unclean sanctifies to the purifying of the flesh,
14 how much more shall the blood of Christ (who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself unblemished spot to God) purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

15 And for this cause He is the Mediator of the new covenant (Jeremiah 31:31-32Matthew 26:28), so that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first covenant, those who are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.
16 For where a covenant is, the death of him covenanting must be offered.
17 For a covenant is affirmed over those dead, since it never has force when the covenanting one is living.

18 From which we see that neither was the first covenant dedicated without blood.
19 For when Moses had spoken every precept to all the people according to the Law, he took the blood of calves and of goats, with water and scarlet wool and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book, and all the people,
20 saying, "This is the blood of the covenant which God has enjoined to you."
21 And likewise he sprinkled with blood both the tabernacle and all the vessels of the ministry.

22 And almost all things are by the law purged with blood, and without shedding of blood is no remission.
23 Therefore it was necessary that the patterns of things in the heavens should be purified with these, but the heavenly things themselves were purified with better sacrifices than these.

24 For Christ has not entered into the Holy of Holies made with hands, which are the figures of the true, but into Heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us.
25 Nor yet that He should offer Himself often, even as the high priest enters into the Holy of Holies every year with the blood of others
26 (for then He must have suffered often since the foundation of the world), but now once in the end of the world He has appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself.

27 And as it is appointed to men once to die, but after this the judgment,
28 so Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many. And to those who look for Him He shall appear the second time without sin to salvation.

TEMPTATION

"For we do not have a high priest who cannot be touched with the feelings of our infirmities, but was in all points tempted just as we are, yet without sin. " -- Hebrews 4:15.

Jesus became flesh, and it is the lot of flesh to have the propensity to sin, just as Adam was sinless before he sinned and became sinful.

The first temptation of Christ, the last Adam and Son of man was after 40 days in the wilderness when He was tempted in the likeness of Adam's temptation, because it was Satan himself tempting Him directly, just as in the case of Adam.

After that, each time Messiah Jesus was tempted to sin just as we are, and it was indirect temptation, but He remained without sin.

When He suffered His first temptation He represented Adam. Then He represented all the sons and daughters of Adam each time He was tempted to sin just as we are, but He did not sin and remained sinless.

John 17:20-23
And I do not pray for these alone, but for those also who shall believe on Me through their word, that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You, that they also may be one in Us, so that the world may believe that You have sent Me.
And I have given them the glory which You have given Me, that they may be one, even as We are one, I in them, and You in Me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that You have sent Me and have loved them as You have loved Me.

John 14:20
"At that day you shall know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you."

John 15
4 Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself unless it remains in the vine, so neither can you unless you abide in Me.
5 I am the Vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, the same brings forth much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.
6 If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered. And they gather and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.
7 If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you shall ask what you will, and it shall be done to you.
8 In this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit, so you shall be My disciples.

------------------------------------------------

And this is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light, and in Him is no darkness at all.

If we say that we have fellowship with Him and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.
